A chance to see Patrick Wymark in West 11 at 9pm, Saturday 30 March on Talking Pictures TV.

Wymark plays Father Hogan, the family priest consulted by troubled outsider Alfred Lynch in Michael Winner’s 1963 adaptation of Laura Del Rivo’s novel about life in Notting Hill. With overtones of Strangers On A Train the movie also features Wymark’s friend and director Harold Lang as “Silent”, an enigmatic character on the edge of Lynch’s community.
